User Authentication System

Authentication will be handled through the user records (entries) in the Directory Server, which will be also storing network configuration data and will be providing access to system privileges, according to the group the given user belongs to.

As set out in the project objectives, the implementation produced is for the main purpose of proving the concept that the proposed system can be developed using a Directory Server backend. As such the user authentication system and the other deliverables included with this project are implemented as standalone scripts.
