The requirements stage involved producing Use Case scenarios to determine the requirements of each sub-system individually. The analysis is reflected on the design and implementation of each sub-system.

Use Case diagrams were used to analyse the requirements for each sub-system. The user authentication and the hosting customer management system have very simple requirements which do not need further analysis.

The ordering system’s schema design had to be modified several times in order to determine the correct attributes that it would be sufficient for the management application to create a new entry in the OpenLDAP schemas for Apache, BIND and Qmail.
